Everyone was complaining the importance of giving Hawkins as many minutes as possible so that he can develop and be ready for the playoffs. He's going to look bad and that's all on Willie.Have to give Willie credit for finally figured out something that everyone can see all season.
We got Jeff Duncan switching sports to witness and critique this dumpster fire
How did we end up with two of the most "if it's not working, let's don't fix it" coaches in pro sports?Have to give Willie credit for finally figured out something that everyone can see all season.

Both teams are run by the same franchise that excels at making New Orleans area sports look bad.
The only thing they did right was finally getting new colors even if the neon green is kind of lazy.
My understanding was that Borrego was supposed to bring pace, spacing, running and shooting 3's. Sounds pretty good, but the Pels have below average speed, too many plodders for spacing and running, no point guard and the shooters, at least the ones that play, don't really shoot very well with much consistency and they commit too many turnovers at crucial points in the game.Honestly this team has been going out sad for a while now. They've failed to score more than 115 points in 16 of their last 17 games. About to be 17 of last 18. What was Borrego brought here to do besides try to get them to chuck more 3s? There's more to running a successful offense than that.
Funny how OKC willing to go 9 or 10 deep in the playoffs but Hawk hasn't legitimately seen the floor in ages. An offensive player can't see the floor for a team that cannot score.
Jake Madison said that they abandoned the Borrego offense early in the season because of those issues and Ingram not being comfortable shooting 3s.My understanding was that Borrego was supposed to bring pace, spacing, running and shooting 3's. The only game you truly saw it was the Willie Flu game
