How I see the draft unfolding for the Saints (1 Viewer)

Many won’t agree, and that’s OK. And I am all but certain Loomis will trade up into the 4th round. The team has a history of drafting for quality and not quantity. We end up with 6 picks in my projection.

Here’s my draft board for our picks.

I’m assuming we trade Picks 170,190 and 199 to move up in the 4th round.

#45 WR Wilson or Pearsall
#120 DT Sweat or Wingo
#168 RB Sherdin or Shipley

Loomis will trade with his buddy in Philly for the #120 pick.

Both the RB’s are made for outside zone, which will be the new way in NOLA.

When I first read your post I thought it said All Online. lol

Well, it will be On Line but it'll be on the Phone Line. I don't see them keeping all 9 picks and though there is a glaring need they won't all be for Oline. The main thing is they need to hit on what picks they make and, at least one, if not more than one, has to be Oline.

I think the Saints will make 5 picks in this years draft and they will include:

I don’t know about Fautanu. They like his versatility but there are some medical stuff that might make picking him at #14 difficult. If he’s the highest rated OT at #14 it means Bowers has likely slipped. He’s the cleanest eval in the entire draft, I think he’d be the pick. The only hesitation is that they are a bit backed into a corner with the OL.
