It's easy to bash a pick or claim you wish the Saints had taken someone else months or years after the fact.
So for this draft, let's put it on the record before Saturday. I want everyone to answer four questions:
1. Who do you want the Saints to draft in the first round?
Give me the name of ONE player and ONE player only. No "top 3" lists. One player. If you'd prefer for the Saints to trade up, tell me which team you would prefer them to deal with and what you'd be willing to give up. If you'd prefer to trade down, same thing...which team would you prefer them to deal with and what would you be expecting to get in return. And don't give any "If...then" scenarios (ex. "If we trade up, then I want this guy...but if we stay put, I want this guy.). One player. One scenario. That's the rule.
2. Which 3 players would you like for the Saints to pick after round one?
Doesn't have to be a 2nd or 3rd round prospect. They can be late-round sleepers, if you prefer. But you're allowed only three players (less than 3 is okay). No exceptions.
3. What first-round prospect do you absolutely NOT want the Saints to draft in the first round?
Once again, only 1 player.
4. Which 3 players would you like for the Saints to AVOID after round one?
Again, they don't have to be 2nd or 3rd round prospects. But with this particular question, it would be better if they were higher-rated prospects that most people will recognize. 3 players only.
Give your best answers. A year from now this thread could potentially give you substantial bragging rights or a huge plate of crow.
Please give your answers in numerical order.

1. Trade #10 overall, our 2nd rounder, and a later round pick to St. Louis for the rights to the #2 overall pick and select DT Glenn Dorsey.
2. S DaJuan Morgan, G Shawn Murphy, & TE Brad Cottam (if my first scenario actually plays out, we probably won't have a shot at Morgan, but I'll put him there anyway in case we keep our 2nd rounder).
3. CB Leodis McKelvin
4. CB Brandon Flowers, WR Mario Manningham, LB Shawn Crable

3. Brandon Albert
4. Matt Forte, Jonathan Goff, Reggie Smith
1. I want and think that they will trade up for either of the DTs Ellis/Dorsey

1. Who do you want the Saints to draft in the first round?
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie
2. Which 3 players would you like for the Saints to pick after round one?
Trevor Laws - Only if we don't get Dorsey in round 1. We need a dominant DT
Antoine Cason - Pure shut-down man coverage corner
Haruki Nakamura - HUGE Late round sleeper. HUGE hitter, and way under-rated - YouTube - Haruki Nakamura Ultimate Highlights
3. What first-round prospect do you absolutely NOT want the Saints to draft in the first round?
Keith Rivers
4. Which 3 players would you like for the Saints to AVOID after round one?
Kentwan Balmer, Frank Okam, Mario Manningham
1. I think they will end up trading up to #7 with New England (most likely) or #8 with Baltimore (if NE doesn't take him) and pick Ellis.
2. Antoine Cason, Trevor Laws, Matt Forte (I know we won't get all of them since they are all projected in the second round, but that wasn't the question.)
3. Vernon Gholston--I hereby predict he will be a bust (at least he will never measure up to the expectations...nowhere close) in the NFL due to his work ethic. In that department he reminds me too much of Sully. He would totally disappear in series or entire games. If the fire isn't there, the talent and play will suffer. I'd say you heard it here first, but I'm not the only person saying this; I just agree with it.
4. Anyone playing WR and Aqib Talib (WAY too immature) I know Talib is projected for the first round, but due to the fact that he didn't even show up for a meeting with the Cowboys, I believe he could slip.

1. Sedrick Ellis - Biggest upgrade with least loss of picks/personnel
2. A. Molden - As much upside as any CB in the draft
T. Zybikowski - What's not to love?
B. Coutu - Gramatica scares me to be perfectly honest.
3. K. Phillips - Obvious answer here is any WR/QB, but of the realistic picks, this one improves our team the absolute least.
4. T. Laws - Kinda looks fat and slow to me
D.J. Hall - Trust me, I'm a Bama fan. This kid has attitude problems.
F. Okam - Kinda looks fat and slow with attitude problems.

1. Glen Dorsey @ #2 in a trade up for our #10, our 3rd round and next years 1st
2. Dustin Keller @ # 40, Jacob Hester in the 5th, and the DT from Tulane (can't remember name... Frank Morton, maybe?) in the 6th
3. Malcolm Kelly
4. Kentwan Balmer (Shades of Sully), C John Sullivan (Shades 0f Sully), Heath Bendict (yeah, I know "that's just wrong")
1. Leodis McKelvin. Return skills and very solid corner play. Devin Hester meets Asante Samuel.
2. Corey Lynch - S Appalachian State...Recovered 6 fumbles in his career. Ran 2 of them back for TDs. Great special teams player. Blocked 6 kicks in his last two years, most notably the game winning attempt at Michigan. Quintin Demps - S/CB/PR/KOR - UTEP... made plays no matter where they put him. He spent most of his career at FS. Moved to CB due to injuries this year and still made plays. Ran back 2 INTs for 100 yd TDs. Ran back 3 INTs for TDs in his career. Also took back a fumble and KOR for TDs. One of those guys who just makes things happen. Fernando Velasco - G/C -UGA... good and versitale Oline depth.
3. Darren McFadden
4. Jacob Hester, Shawn Crable, Justin King.
