Nah, like I said, teams come out of the gate taking it to us. We just take the punch and then wait it out. Nobody can hang with us for 60 minutes.

Then we counter with our own punch and as G. Williams would say, knock em the F out!
Feels good to be 8-0

take it for what its worth....
i enjoy the drama....building up antagonism, self deprecation, and introspective quips only to have the arc of game bring it all back to euphoria.....
you manufacture ill will only to make the joyous occasion that much sweeter...a simple ploy really..

I never lost faith after we went down. I believe in this team's ability to come back at anytime in the game. I would like to see less turnovers and better tackling but 8-0 is fantastic. Let's keep it going! Who Dat!

what i find about our season is we're taking the best punches of teams.....
buf, jets, mia, atl, car.....these guys all played up to their competition and we still stood victorious.......
but i do worry about what referred to as the pressure of the undefeated frontrunner....just a circumstance we'll have to face-we can't lose willfully..it will probably happen but till then keep the streak alive....

I lost some water weight from sweating but I didn't lose faith. The last two games had me conditioned and since I got my portable automatic defibrillator, I no longer worry.

Last year I would have gone ballistic like I do watching the LSU games. This year I have this calm feeling every game. The complete confidence I have in the Saints is new. I believe that they can run the table. Maybe they stumble and maybe not. But I believe this is our year. We shall see the promised land in Miami. Geaux Saints! Who Dat!

The game thread wouldn't be the same without those who give up after one or two drives and being down a measly 19 points. It makes it that much more fun when we come back and win.

3 things:
1) Reggie Bush stepped up today. Not a great game on paper, but the 15 yards he gained after that first-and-20 was HUGE. Big props to him.
2) How about that Meachem? And in a related note, who was wearing #12 out there? So glad to see these guys step up when the other is having a bad day.
3) Whoever #79 is for Carolina, **** that guy. I made Charles Grant my defensive player to watch this Sunday, and I swear he was held 3 of every 4 plays. **** him. Cheating piece of ****.
