I'll say this since Kenny has been known to poke around these parts in the past. That was a pretty good show. Kenny and Tim have pretty good chemistry toghether. They sounded good with callers to. They let the callers talk about what they wanted to instead of trying to push whatever the hosts really wanted to talk about.
I hope someone will post a file like this after every show, it was great to hear Kenny again. I enjoyed the show and look forward to more.
I'll probably start doing them all since there is an interest. I have it scheduled to record automatically so I can listen it at my descretion. And being it will only be 1 hour, twice a week, nothing to it to stick it up here for you guys.
This is easy compared to the games, pre and post games tv shows that I do. Whew!
Now if we can only get them to change the show time to 5pm (hehehehe) then I have no reason whatsoever to listen to the minute and a half of Deke I can stand while I pray someone is filling in for him that day. Only thing about it being at 5 would be that I wouldn't get to listen to Tom Fitzmorris.
I didn't think too much of Kenny until he was let go and we got Deke. Now that I hear Kenny again, it gives me a new appreciation for him as a radio personality. Keep the files coming. I really enjoyed it.
Say what you will about Kenny, I miss his strong opinions and he always has an inside take that no one else has. The point he made about Payton reigning in Gibbs when Gibbs wanted to blitz was something I've never heard and changes the way I think of Gibbs to some degree, if it's accurate.

Good stuff!
Say what you want, but anything KW have said or written lately about Payton has been colored by his own animosity towards Sean Payton. Keeping that in mind I wouldn't trust his information to be factual but at the very least be heavily biased.
Didn't Kenny get in a little hot water for posting on here? I seem to remember constantly looking for him. That may have a little to do with the beef with Payton.
Also, thanks for the post!!! It's hard to listen at night, but it's perfect for office time, imagine that.....

No matter how heavy the bias, I don't see Kenny completely fabricating something up out of thin air. There has to be some truth. Even if there is just a little, that's an issue that has never gotten out and is very interesting.
BTW, I've been around a while, as you know, so I know the about the feud between Kenny and the Saints Org. Thanks anyway though.
Look at how agressive our D was in 06', compared to 07'/08'.
What was the D's overall ranking in 06' - 11th? - 12th?
This could easily be one indication of how true the story is .
I realize that we had a lot of injuries last year but, I'm
referring to the packages .

Kenny would know since he was on the sidelines in 2007 and 2008. Oh wait....he wasn't. So, someone told him that. Was it Gibbs? When was the blitz called over-ruled? Was it every time the other team scored? Did it happen often, or just a few times? Too many questions not answered by a scorned egomaniac that is not above throwing anything out there to get people's attention. Don't buy into everything Wilkerson has to say.

I hear what you're saying, but would he really make something up like that and just because he was browbeat by the Saints Org., don't think for one second he still doesn't have friends inside the organization. He was around there for too long.
There is definately some truth to this, it's just a matter of how much truth.

The packages we run depends heavily on who is available on the field, therefor the injuries would also have impacted the packages chosen.

He most certainly would make something up. His ego really is that big. I thought his sideline reports where extremely annoying.
