Roman's brother Ronnie used to be a trainer at this gym that I work out at in Destrehan. So one day last summer I go in there and there's Ronnie working out and I guess that day he decided to bring in his big bro (Roman).....dude's a freak in the weight room. They were doing bench press, Roman has on 225 but not only did he just rep it out numerous amounts of times, he was literally throwing it up and catching it. I also was able to talk to him at minicamp this past month and he was telling me that his brother moved back to Alabama to coach at Troy which is where he played football. Anyway, I guess my point to this post is that not only is Roman a freak of nature in the weight room (which is the reason for his huge neck), he is also a super friendly nice guy.
